Mayo Clinic Health System is offering sports qualifying screenings for athletes in grades 7-12. Student athletes are asked to be prepared for the screening and to:
• Wear gym shorts and t-shirt
• Bring School ID
• Bring completed physical form*
• Avoid caffeine or sports drinks prior to screening

Physicals for male athletes will be held Wednesday, August 1st, from 6 - 7 PM.

Walk-in screenings are located in Family Medicine/Pediatrics on first floor at Mayo Clinic Health System, 2200 26th Street NW, Owatonna, MN.
