SPORTS PHYSICALS - Free sports physicals will be offered at the Owatonna Clinic but APPOINTMENTS ARE REQUIRED.  Due to social distancing, no walk ins will be allowed.  The dates for the physicals will be August 3-6, 5:30-8:00 at the Owatonna Clinic and they are 15 minute time slots.  All details are on Sign Up Genius.  Please read through the instructions on Sign Up Genius carefully.  The link to sign up for a time slot can be found here.

Remember that sports physicals need to be updated every 3 years and students cannot register for an activity unless the physical is current for the entire sport/activity season.  Please note that well child physicals do NOT clear your child for sports so be sure to ask for a 2020-2021 SPORTS physical. 

There are several places in Owatonna that will do sports physicals.  The ones that we are aware of are Compcare, Cedar Chiropractic, Bridges Chiropractic Health Clinic (formerly Bridge Street Chiropractic) and Balanced Healthcare (formerly McGregor Chiropractic).  These are options in addition to the Owatonna Clinic.
