Mayo Clinic Health System is offering free sports qualifying physicals for athletes in grade 7-12.  The screenings will take place on Tuesday, July 30 (for girls) and Wednesday, July 31 (for boys) from 6 to 7 PM at the Family Medicine/Pediatrics are on the first floor at Mayo Clinic Health System, 2200 26th St NW in Owatonna.

Athletes should come dressed in gym shorts and t-shirt, bring a school ID and a completed physical form.  They should also avoid caffeine or sports drinks prior to the screening.
